Shipping policy
Free Shipping & Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders with a value of Rs. 4,000 or more.
- For orders under Rs. 4,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 will apply.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Sundays or on national holidays in Pakistan will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- No dispatches are made on Sundays.
3. Delivery Time
- The standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 working days (Sundays excluded).
- During peak seasons or large sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
4. Heavy Orders (Weight Over 10 KG)
- For orders exceeding 10 kg, an additional charge of Rs. 200 per extra kilogram will apply.
- 5. High-Value Orders (Over Rs. 15,000) — Advance Payment Required
- For orders whose total value exceeds Rs. 15,000, we require a partial advance payment before dispatch.
- After confirming the order, we will contact the customer with payment instructions and account details.
6. Advance Payment Discount
- Customers who pay 20% in advance (via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer) will receive a 10% discount on the order
